We make every effort to ensure that our website reflects actual stock levels. However, in case we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified within two business days and we offer to arrange either a backorder or refund.
This website only enables product shipment to the the United States. We are currently unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
Total orders over $400: free shipping via Colissimo international (up to 5 business days*)
Orders under $400: $30 via Colissimo international (up to 5 business days*)
Two-day shipping*: $60 via DHL
*as from the date on which we hand over the parcel to the carrier.
The amount of the delivery charges will be indicated under the tab “basket” and is subject to the approval of the customer prior to the validation of any order.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, from 9 to 5pm. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next working day.
Please note that all the products given to the carrier are and remain in an excellent state. In the event of delivery of damaged or incomplete goods, the customer should refuse the delivery and state his or her reasons on the delivery slip.
The customer must then inform us by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, requesting a new delivery that fits the order, with dispatch costs to be borne by us, or the cancellation of the order and a refund.
In case of a delay in delivery longer than 10 working days after the date indicated during the placing of the order, the sales contract may be cancelled at the request of the customer, who will receive a full refund. The request should be made by e-mail to the following address: email@example.com
If the provided products are still in their original packaging and have not been worn, washed, ironed, adjusted, dirtied or, in the case of discs, removed from their wrapping, the customer may cancel the order within 5 days of the delivery of the order.
To return an article, you should inform us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can provide you a return transportation slip.
Since the brick-and-mortar shops carrying the line FLORIANE FOSSO and the FLORIANE FOSSO USA official online shop operate independently, an item purchased in a bricks-and-mortar shop cannot be returned to the online shop.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, the customer will be informed by e-mail of the processing of his or her request. FLORIANE FOSSO reserves the right to refuse returned items in the following cases:
- returns outside the time limit (after 5 working days)
- returns that are not consistent with the stipulations, given that products must be returned in their original packaging and state.
After your returned parcel is received and validated, you will be refunded within 15 working days, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The customer will be reimbursed for the full cost of the products returned and the “first dispatch” delivery charges.
